Donation policy

All donations are received subject to our site privacy policy below. All donations, sponsorships or gifts are in Australian Dollars. All donations over $2 to approved aid and development projects are tax-deductible in Australia. For other countries such as USA, and New Zealand please email and ask for current circumstances. Donors in England please refer to our UK Donors page. The Australian Taxation Office requires: 1. If funds raised exceed the requirement for any project, the funds may be directed to a similar project, 2. Tax-deductible donations are required to be unconditional gifts and accordingly, Heart for Kids Australia cannot always guarantee that a donor’s preference will be granted. Please note that no non-development activities (evangelism, welfare or political activities) are funded by, or are a part of Heart For Kids Australia tax deductible aid and development projects.

We have always experienced wonderful relationships with sponsors and donors. If you find yourself in need of changing your sponsorship or correcting a donation please simply contact us by email or through the form on our contacts page to discuss your needs.
